NFTs are non-fungible tokens, they can easily be transacted or sold online, with each change of ownership being recorded on the blockchain. NFTs minted through Verisart exist on the Ethereum or Polygon blockchain.

​​While Verisart certificates are registered on the blockchain, they aren't NFTs themselves. Our certificates are timestamped on the Bitcoin blockchain to permanently record information. They are designed to accompany the creation and should be transferred to the new owner after a sale takes place.
