Email customization is only available to Business Plan users.
Go to the Verisart app
Click the 'Settings' tab
Scroll to 'Customize certificate'
Customize the following:
From email
Logo
Email text
Button color
Button text color
5. Click save
6. Send an example email
Send yourself an example email to ensure the email looks the way you want it to.
