If you're using our print service, it's important to to configure your shipping.
Setting up shipping in Shopify depends on your Shopify plan. Here are the steps to set up shipping, particularly if you do not have the Shopify Advanced plan.
Method 1: For Shopify Basic and Shopify Plans
1. Access Shipping Settings
Go to your Shopify admin.
Navigate to Settings > Shipping and delivery
2. Create a New Shipping Profile
Click Create new profile.
Enter a profile name, such as "Print Shipping" for easy reference.
Click 'Add products' and select the product created through our print form.
3. Create Shipping Zones
Click Create shipping zone.
Add the shipping zones you want to ship to. We recommend creating the following zones:
United States
International
Europe
Your main country
4. Add Shipping Rates
For each zone, click Add rate.
Enter the recommended shipping rates from our provided table to optimize your costs. (You can set your own rates, but our recommendations help ensure you don't lose money on shipping).
Repeat this for all the zones you have created.
5. Save Your Settings
Once all zones and rates are added, click Save.
Your shipping profile is now live for the selected product.
Method 2: For Shopify Advanced Plans
1. Access Shipping Settings
Go to your Shopify admin.
Navigate to Settings > Shipping and delivery
2. Create a New Shipping Profile
Click Create new profile.
Enter a profile name, such as "Print Shipping" for easy reference.
Click 'Add products' and select the product created through our print form.
3. Create Shipping Zones
Click Create shipping zone.
Add the shipping zones you want to ship to. We recommend creating the following zones:
United States
International
Europe
Your main country
4. Add Shipping Rates Using Carrier or App
For each zone, click Add rate.
Select the Use carrier or app to calculate rates radio button.
From the dropdown, select Verisart Print shipping service.
Leave everything else as it is and click Save.
Repeat this for all zones you have created.
5. Save Your Profile
Once all zones and rates are added, click Save.
Your shipping profile is now ready and live for the selected product.
Adding New Products in the Future
When you create new print products through our form in the future:
You don't need to create a new shipping profile.
Simply edit the existing profile and add the new product.
