To submit a request, you’ll need to provide proof of purchase.

Verisart isn’t involved in any transactions—this tool helps you contact the current certificate holder while protecting their privacy. By submitting a certificate request form, your details, including your email address, will be shared with them.
The decision to transfer the certificate remains at their discretion.
How to request a certificate transfer
Go to the certificate page for the work in question
Click the '...' menu
Select 'Request certificate transfer'
4. A disclaimer will appear—please read it carefully. If you agree, click 'Request certificate'
5. Fill in the required information to support your request. All submitted details will be shared with the current certificate holder:
Purchase receipt
Image of the work
Your name
Your email address
Notes (optional)
6. Click 'Submit'
6. You’ll see 'Upload complete' when your request has been successfully submitted
