If your purchase includes a QR sticker or NFC chip but you haven’t received a certificate, here’s what you can do.

Can't link your QR sticker?

If you are getting a message that no certificates were found, you may be logging in with the wrong email address or the certificate has not been transferred to you yet!

To link your QR sticker to your digital certificate you need to log in using the email address that owns the certificate. This is the address that received an email with a link to your certificate.

If you're having trouble linking your QR stickers to your certificate, don't worry. Just follow these simple steps to initiate a Certificate Request. We'll take care of contacting the issuer on your behalf.

1. Scan or tap the QR sticker/ NFC chip attached on the artwork

2. Enter the email address used to purchase your artwork

3. To confirm your identity, a verification code will be sent to your email.

4. Copy and paste the code to log in

5. Select 'Can't see your certificate' on our platform

6. You'll be directed to a submission form. Here, please upload:

  • A copy of your purchase receipt

  • An image of the artwork (if possible)

  • Any additional notes or information you'd like to communicate to the certificate issuer

7. Receive upload confirmation

Once you've successfully uploaded the required information, you'll see a confirmation message, 'Upload Complete.' You'll also receive an email confirming your request.

Rest assured, we'll reach out to you as soon as a Certificate of Authenticity is ready to be linked to your artwork.
