If you have no certificates attached to your account

  • Create a new account with your preferred email address

  • Notify us at support@verisart.com that you have created a new account so we can delete your original account. You can also message us using the chat in the lower right-hand corner.

If you have certificates attached to your account

Your email address will need to be updated by the Verisart developers

  • Notify us at support@verisart.com or message us using the chat that you would like to update your login email address. We will respond to your request within 24 hours.
