You can easily certify editions directly in the ‘Create certificate’ form.

Creating a certificate for a single edition

1. Fill in the creator or maker's name and the creation or object details.


2. Fill in the edition information under the 'Edition' section

Select one of the following options:

  • Single Edition

  • Single AP (Artist Proof)

  • Multiple (only available to Premium and Business members)

  • No edition

Fill out the relevant edition details:

  • Edition number

  • Edition volume

  • AP number

  • AP volume


Creating certificates for multiple editions

Individual Premium and Pro plans and all our Business plan members can instantly create certificates for multiple editions (compare plans here).

Certify numbered editions

  • Indicate the specific edition numbers or artist proof numbers separated by commas eg. 7, 12, 24

  • Indicate the range of editions or artist proofs eg. 1-10

  • Add the edition volume

Certify unnumbered editions

  • For unnumbered editions, provide the edition volume.

  • Indicate the number of unnumbered certificates you want to create by writing a minus sign followed by a number.

    • eg. to create certificates for 10 unnumbered editions, you should write:

      • Edition numbers: -1

      • Edition volume: 10

    • To create certificates for 20 unnumbered editions, you should write:

      • Edition numbers: -1

      • Edition volume: 20

Please note: In order to make changes to editions, the editions must be owned by the same account.
