Can't link your QR sticker?
If you are getting a message that no certificates were found, you may be logging in with the wrong email address.
To link your QR sticker to your digital certificate you need to log in using the email address that owns the certificate. This is the address that received an email with a link to your certificate.
Create a Certificate Request:
If you're having trouble linking your QR stickers to your certificate, don't worry. Just follow these simple steps to initiate a Certificate Request. We'll take care of contacting the issuer on your behalf.
1. Select 'Can't see your certificate' on our platform
2. You'll be directed to a submission form. Here, please upload:
A copy of your purchase receipt
An image of the artwork (if possible)
Any additional notes or information you'd like to communicate to the certificate issuer
3. Receive upload confirmation
Once you've successfully uploaded the required information, you'll see a confirmation message, 'Upload Complete.' You'll also receive an email confirming your request.
Rest assured, we'll reach out to you as soon as a Certificate of Authenticity is ready to be linked to your artwork.
Enhancing Your Certificate of Authenticity with a Physical Link
Understanding COA Plus
Once you have attached the NFC chip or QR sticker to your artwork, a "phygital" connection (physical + digital) is formed, bridging the gap between the artwork and its digital Certificate of Authenticity.
This link will automatically upgrade your Certificate of Authenticity to a COA Plus. This status is visually represented by the COA Plus badge on your certificate.
Please note: Establishing a physical link will not alter the status of an Unverified Record. The upgrade to COA Plus is exclusive to artworks with an existing Certificate of Authenticity.
Unverified Record: Lowest level of confidence. Issuer’s identity is not verified.
Issuer Certificate: Medium confidence. Issuer’s identity is verified but not the creator.
Certificate of Authenticity: High confidence. Creator identity is verified.
Certificate of Authenticity Plus: Highest level of confidence. The issuer is verified and either the issuer or owner has established a link between the certificate and the physical work.
