If the new owner has multiple email addresses and you transferred your certificate to the incorrect email address follow the steps below.

The new owner needs to transfer the certificate to their correct email address. They will have to create a Verisart account in order to do so.

If you made a typo on the email address.

Please contact support@verisart.com or send us a message using the chat in the lower right-hand corner providing details of the certificate.
