What to do if you send your certificate to the wrong email address or transfer the wrong certificate.

Certificate sent to the wrong email

If you transferred your certificate to an incorrect email address, send us a message using the chat in the lower right-hand corner providing details of the certificate.

If you transferred to a new owner who has multiple email addresses, the new owner must transfer the certificate to their correct email address and will require a free Verisart account in order to do so.


Incorrect certificate transferred

If you transferred the incorrect certificate, the recipient will need to transfer the certificate back to you. You can also send us a message using the chat in the lower right-hand corner providing details of the certificate.


Transferred certificate not received

Check your inboxes (including spam/junk) for an email from Verisart or the seller with the subject line:

'You’ve received a certificate for [Creator's or Maker's name]'

If no certificate is present, contact the current owner to ensure the transfer has been made to the correct email address. If problems persist, send us a message using the chat in the lower right-hand corner providing details of the certificate.
