Please note: You can only cancel your plan on Verisart.com or the Verisart Shopify depending where the plan was activated.
Changing or canceling your plan on Verisart
To manage, change or cancel your subscription plan, please go to your Account settings.
Log in to your Verisart account
Click the user icon in the top right-hand corner
Click 'Dashboard'
Once you've arrived at your dashboard, click the top right-hand icon again
Click 'Manage Plan'
Upgrade or change plan
Click the 'Manage plan' to change plan or click 'Upgrade' directly
Select 'Update plan"
Choose your new plan
After selecting your new plan, click 'Confirm'
Note: The upgrade will be charged at pro-rata difference based on the number of days remaining in your billing period.
Change billing details
You can edit your billing details by clicking 'Manage Plan'
Click the pencil icon
Add or select your desired payment method
Click 'Update' to confirm your changes
Cancel subscription
After the cancellation of your paid subscription plan, you can use your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period. After that date, the features will not be accessible and you’ll be automatically switched to a free Basic account.
You will not lose any data and you can always upgrade again.
Please note: You will need to cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period if you do not want to be charged for the following period.
Go to 'Manage plan'
Click 'Manage plan'
Select 'Cancel plan' to confirm
This will redirect you to a new page, where you will have to confirm the cancelation once more
Click 'Cancel Plan'
You will receive an immediate email confirmation showing that you have successfully canceled your plan.
Changing or canceling your plan on Shopify
To manage, change or cancel your subscription plan, please go to your Account settings.
Log in to your Verisart app via Shopify
Go into your 'Settings' tab
Click 'Manage' under 'Plan'
Upgrade or change plan
In your settings tab, click 'Manage' under 'Plan'.
Select your new desired plan
This will prompt you to choose your payment method where you will have to approve the payment
Change billing details
To change your billing details, you must go via Verisart.
In your 'Home' tab, click the 'Verisart.com' hyperlink - you will automatically be logged in.
In Verisart.com, click the user icon in the top right-hand corner
Click 'Dashboard'
Once you've arrived at your dashboard, click the top right-hand icon again
Click 'Manage Plan'
Click 'Manage Plan'
Click the pencil icon
Add or select your desired payment method
Click 'Update' to confirm your changes
Cancel subscription
Please note: You must cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period to ensure you are not charged for the following period.

Cancel on Shopify
Go to 'Manage' under 'Plan' in your 'Settings' tab.
Click 'Manage'
Click 'Cancel'
If you have successfully canceled your plan, you will see this banner in your 'Manage Plans' tab:
You will also receive an immediate email showing that you have successfully canceled your plan.
Cancel on Shopify via Stripe
Please note: If you connected your Verisart.com subscription plan when you started using the Verisart app, you must also complete the last step of the cancellation process via Stripe.
Go to 'Manage' under 'Plan' in your 'Settings' tab.
Click 'Manage'
Select 'Cancel'
If you connected your Verisart.com subscription plan when you started using the Verisart app, you will be redirected to a new page
Once there, you must click 'Cancel plan' again to complete the cancellation process
Confirm the cancellation by selecting 'Cancel'
If you have successfully canceled your plan, you will see this banner in your 'Manage Plans' tab:
You will also receive an immediate email showing that you have successfully canceled your plan.
