Add creator
If you're adding a creator for the first time, you must verify your identity.
If you are a business, you need to provide your business details.
Go to 'Creator' tab dashboard
For creators, select 'Me. This is my own work'
For businesses representing creators, select 'A creator I represent'
Look for the creator in the drop-down menu. If the name you are looking for does not appear in the list, click 'Add new' and enter the creator's details.
Creating certificates
Go to your dashboard and click 'Create certificate'
Select either 'Me. This is my own work', 'A creator I represent' or 'A creator I collect' and choose the creator whose work you are certifying
Providing item details
Title: The title of the work
Object Type: The type of object. Object types include: book, collectible, design, digital, drawing, ephemera, film/video, furniture, mixed media, NFT, painting, photograph, print, sculpture, other.
Medium: Describe the materials or tools used to make the object
Production Year: Enter year the object was made
Dimensions: Specify the dimensions and the units of measurement

If you're certifying an edition, please add edition details.
Add additional information
Tell the story of your creation by adding additional files and information including:
Production location: where the object was created
Current location: where your creation currently is
Inventory number: which inventory number you have assigned to the creation

Set privacy preferences
Available on Individual Pro plan and all Business plans.
Set your privacy: keep the whole certificate record private or specific notes and files.
Add notes
Share more information about the work and the creator.
Click 'Create'
After you click the 'Create' button, your blockchain certificate is created.
Editing certificates
Find your certificate in your dashboard
Click on the pencil icon to edit
Make changes to the relevant fields and save

Transferring certificates
If the object is sold or gifted to a new owner, you must transfer the certificate to them. Sending the PDF does not transfer ownership of the certificate.
Find your certificate in your dashboard
Click 'Transfer'
Complete New Owner's details with their email address
