Welcome to Verisart! Our tutorial video and article will help you get set up and teach you the basics you need to start certifying today.
1. Add a creator
Go to the 'Creator' tab dashboard
If you are:
A creator, select 'Me. This is my own work',
Representing a creator select 'a creator I represent'
If this is your first time adding a creator, you will need to verify your identity.

Look for the creator in the drop-down menu. If you can't find them, click 'Add new' and enter the creator's details.

2. Create a certificate
Go to your dashboard and click 'Create certificate'

Select either 'Me. This is my own work', 'A creator I represent' or 'A creator I collect' and choose the creator whose work you are certifying

Upload images and fill out the object details

If relevant add edition details.
Learn more about certifying editions

Add context to your certificate. You can include a description and upload additional files.

Set privacy preferences
Available on our Individual Pro plan and all Business plans.

Add notes. Share more information about the work and the creator.

When everything is ready, hit the 'Create' button
5. Editing your certificate
Find your certificate in your dashboard
Click on the pencil icon to edit
Make changes to the relevant fields and save

6. Transferring your certificate
If the creation or object you are certifying is sold or gifted to a new owner, you should transfer the certificate to them. Sending the pdf does not transfer ownership of the certificate.
Find your certificate in your dashboard
Click 'Transfer'
Complete New Owner's details with their email address
